The on site part of the inspection is completed with a variety of tools to gather quality information including Blower Door to test air infiltration, Thermal Camera to look for air sealing/insulation improvement opportunities, Combustion Analyzer, dataloggers, Borescope, moisture meters, hygrometers…and the list goes on. All the fancy software and cool tools cannot replace a well-trained and experienced technician…you’ll get one of those too.

We understand that one of the challenges after an audit is finding contractors who you can trust to expertly and cost effectively perform the retrofit work prescribed in the audit.
