Responsibilities

  • Present, promote, and sell services to existing and prospective customers
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Identify new prospects using strategic thinking and planning
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Create and implement a sales strategy to ensure you meet agreed upon sales targets and goals
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members
  • Analyze the market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
  • Provide management with reports on daily activities
  • Identify customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services

 Requirements

  • Customer service experience and positive attitude
  • Highly motivated and relationship driven
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Capability to think outside the box
  • Adaptable to change
  • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
  • Ability to travel throughout the Southeast
    • occasionally spend 1 to 2 nights out of town (usually not more than once a month)
  • Present an image of integrity and professionalism

Plus Skills:

  • Building Science/Construction background
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communication
  • Sales background
